This is the funniest work of fiction to come along in decades! A brilliant parody of creationist reasoning. I almost believed the author was being serious in places. Five stars!
I was delighted by the new light the Physics of Genesis throws on old themes. Most of the conclusions the author makes concerning the Bible I have found through my own study and research.The terminology or word choice may differ but the deeper meaning is the same. Limited dogmas and theologies have kept us in the dark for too long. Certainly Genesis and the rest of the Bible reveal an enlightened reality above this world. That reality was applicable then and is today.
Many religions began by an inspired leader but dissolved into worship of the messenger rather than a demonstration of the practical aspects of the message. This only leads to prejudice, conflict, and war. From Abraham to Budda, from Jesus to the Greek philosopers and Mohammad truths that spiritualize daily living are abundant.
Our limitations or sucessies depend upon our sense of reality and this book gives us a whole new look at a higher humanity, a higher reality presented through the kelidescope of physics. Whether you understand all the physics is not as important as what is gleaned from the metaphysical conclusions reached.
As thinkers we must seek a higher consciousness. Albert Einstein reminded us "You can't solve a problem on the same level of consciousness that created the problem". If we ever intend to overcome mans injustice to man we will need all the ideas or truths of the ages including the enlightenment provided through the new physics.
I love this book and am excited about sharing it with my non-believing friends.
